sonerila2bmargaritacea2bindoors2bquickly-2945047This plant is not easy to grow: it demands even warmth and a humid atmosphere.
It is a good candidate for a terrarium, where these conditions can be easily provided.
The upper surface of the highly decorative lance-shaped leaves is puckered, and they are heavily marked with silver which gives the plant a frosted or metallic appearance.
Small rosy pink, three-petaled flowers appear in summer.
